Samsung Galaxy core is a mid range dual core android smartphone. It comes with a 4.3 “ WVGA TFT display and a 1.2 GHz dual core processor.  Franklly I would have loved to love this device if its price was cut by 10,000. Why? you ask. Its because the WVHA display is a big no no for me. I prefer the AMOLED and scratch proof Gorilla Glass displays of the Galaxy S3, S4 or even the good old Galaxy S1 and SII. If Galaxy core had a Super AMOLED display I would gladly pay what they are asking for in Nepal. However, unlike the Galaxy S series phone, the Galaxy core comes with Dual Sim support and this might be useful for some people. If dual sim is something you can live without, I suggest you buy the Galaxy SII at a lower price. But as new models are shipping in, finding the older Galaxy S models is difficult in Nepal. Otherwise, the Galaxy S1, S2 and S3 are really awesome devices that are far better compared to the so-called new “mid-range”  Samsung phones in Nepal which have price tags exceeding Rs 25,000.
