Sophie or Aitor, Survivors or Peacekeepers, who should you choose? The Story of Dying Light 2 has multiple endings and which one the player gets depends on the choices they make. As you get to the Raid Mission, you are given the dilemma of choosing between the Survivor’s Sophie or the Peacekeeper’s Aitor. What should you do? In this guide, I will show you what happens when you choose between Sophie and Aitor in Dying Light 2.
Dying Light 2 The Raid Mission Sophie or Aitor Choice & Consequences
In the Raid Mission, you will be guided to the Tango Motel. As you get to the Door of the Motel, Hakon contacts you and has a conversation with you. In this conversation, you will get the option to choose the Survivor’s Sophie side or the Peacekeeper’s Aitor side. Now, what choice will affect what side you will help in the subsequent missions. This will in turn affect alliances between the 2 Factions in Dying Light 2. Don’t worry though as this choice will not lock you permanently into either Faction. Instead, it will grow your alliance with them and their influence on the City of Villedor.
This circles back to why you want to support either Faction. Choosing Sophie will side you with the Survivors faction in Dying Light 2. This will increase their influence and will get you more options to traverse around the Map like Air Vents & Jump pads. Choosing Aitor will side you with the Peacekeepers faction in Dying Light 2. This will increase their influence and will get you more Traps & Weapons. The choice between Sophie & Aitor has the most significance in the next Mission, The Water Tower. Click on this guide to know what happens if you make either choice.
This was all about choosing between Sophie & Aitor. Hopefully, this guide has helped you. You can also check our guides on How To Get Developer Weapon in Dying Light 2.
