With the app, users can remotely access their PS4, launch games and play them too. A PSN account is required and a WiFi connection is a must for the app.
You can use your phone as a controller with the buttons mapped onto the screen of the phone, though the DualShock 4 controller are not compatible as of yet.
With the release of the app for iOS device, maybe the Sony will soon release the app for android too. Apps take a bit more time to release on Android as compared to Apple devices.
This app will help players who may have broken their controllers or just casually to check up on the home screen and open apps instead of using the controllers.
