How to Find Fire Slime
In order to find Fire Slime you need to go into depths of the Ember Valley region towards the pools of lava or inside of the Volcano. These are usually found on the west of the Ember Valley portion of the map.
Now, Ember Valley isn’t instantly accessible at first, you need to unlock it. You can do this by feeding the large Pink Gordo in northern Rainbow Fields. Once you feed it enough, it explodes and reveals a contraption below that takes you directly to the Ember Valley Island portal. Once you have entered Ember Valley, you can try to look for Radiant Ore to get a Jetpack upgrade. This can make your Fire Slime scouting adventure even easier.
