Game Freak’s latest titles, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, were released on 18th November. These are the first installments featuring the ninth generation of Pokemon. While journeying through the vast lands of Paldea, you will come across many new Pokemon. However, if you are a Veteran trainer looking for some of the old Pokemon, you will find them as well. Eevee is one of the most popular Pokemon throughout generations, and rightfully so. It has eight different evolutions, each with a specific elemental type. Fortunately, you can find this Pokemon early in the game. Read this article to find out the location and where to catch Eevee early in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
How to Catch Eevee Early in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
You can find and catch Eevee in this game by heading over to a town called Cortondo to the west of Mesagoza. Once you reach there, go to the west of this town and you will find an Olive field with olive trees. There, you can find and catch wild Eevee walking around. Apart from here, you can also find this Pokemon in South Province (Area Two).
The Eevees you will come across will range from level 11 to 30 in Scarlet and Violet. So make sure you have a Pokemon on a similar level. Weaken it by lowering its HP but make that it doesn’t faint. The best move to catch Eevee would be the False Swipe. This attack will make sure that the wild Eevee doesn’t faint.
The main reason why Eevee is sought-after is because of its evolution or ‘Eeveelution’. You can evolve your Eevee into:
- Flareon: Fire-type
- Vaporeon: Water-type
- Leafeon: Grass-type
- Jolteon: Electric-type
- Espeon: Psychic-type
- Umbreon: Dark-type
- Sylveon: Fairy-type
