Personal Blocklist is an experimental extension for Google Chrome — created by Google — where you (the user) get to control the results that appear in a Google search and stop unwanted Web page links with poor, low-quality content or spam to ever appear again. This free extension that you can easily download and install from the Chrome Web Store, allows you to block those annoying links that appear in a search result, and it will send the information of your blocks and unblocks activities to Google; so they can analyse them and better understand which are Web pages are the ones with good content, safer and interesting.
To use Personal Blocklist extension is pretty easy. Once you have it installed, in the next Google search result a new link called “Block” will appear, you just simple need to click it for the Web page link not to show up again in a search result.
You can view once again the blocked Website link by scrolling down the page and click the show link.
The option shown above will only allow you to view the blocked link every time you click show. If you want to totally unblock a Website link, you can by editing the list of all your blocked links, then click the icon of the Personal Blocklist extension in the top-right of Google Chrome.
