OnePlus, a Shenzhen-based start-up recently unveiled it’s new flagship, OnePlus 5T on November, 2017. The new smartphone is an iterative successor to OnePlus 5 released back in June. With it’s 6.01-inch touchscreen display, it makes a great display for 1080p. A 2.45 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor along with a great battery life (3300 mAh non removable battery), surely gives the new OnePlus 5T an edge.
The OnePlus 5T runs on Android 7.1.1 and comes with 6/8 GB RAM. However, the 64/128 GB internal storage cannot be expanded. Talking about the cameras, the device packs a 20-megapixel rear camera and a 16-megapixel front cam for great selfies.

With features like OxygenOS, Dash Charging and wonderful performance, OnePlus 5T is surely, a remarkable update in the field of Android smartphones. However, there still prevails cons like:
- Lack of official IP certification
- No expandable storage
- Trifling low light camera performance
- No weatherproofing or wireless charging
However, OnePlus 5T still delivers a similar experience to that of a high-tier smartphones for a little over half the price.
