In Nier Replicant, you’ll need a lot of raw materials for modifications. One such requirement is getting 11 Broken Wristwatches to get all the upgrades. Even if you can collect them in specific locations in the game, there is a simple way to farm unlimited with some simple steps.
How to Get Broken Wristwatch in Nier Replicant?
In Nier Replicant, Broken Wristwatch can be collected as drops from tower-wielding Shades at the Southern Plains in part 2 of the campaign. The armored shades may also drop Broken Wristwatches in the northern plains. Hunting for these enemies in slightly cloudy weather would be another particular situation for them to spawn. When the sky is entirely clouded over or overcast, armored shades do not appear.
When you arrive, look for the big, armored Shades with shields. All the way back to Emil’s Mansion, there should be a pair of sets of these guys. If it’s bright outside, they breed in larger numbers; if it’s gloomy, they spawn in smaller groups. They’re a challenge to kill relative to their smaller rivals, so go with staggers to get rid of them quickly. All the way back to Emil’s Mansion, there should be a pair of sets of these guys. It’s best to wipe them out along the road from Seafront to the Mansion, then enter and leave Seafront easily to respawn them.
Travel to the Forest of Myth to get the A Magical Stone search after you’ve collected the first five Broken Wristwatch parts. After completing this quest and speaking with the Fortune Teller, you will be able to replay the prologue. This summons the armored shades, some of whom can drop Broken Wristwatches for you to gather and repair your weapons with.
